BEMO uses the information submitted at checkout, such as name, phone number, and delivery address, to process and deliver orders and provide customer support. Order records are stored in the BEMO store database. BEMO does not ask customers to send passwords, one-time passcodes, or full payment-card details through WhatsApp. BEMO also uses Google Tag Manager, a tag management service that can load measurement and analytics tags, and the Meta Pixel, a third-party analytics and advertising measurement tool provided by Meta, to measure visits and understand interactions with the store. Meta may use cookies or similar technologies to receive information about activity on this website in accordance with its own policies and your settings. You can manage cookies through your browser settings and advertising preferences through Meta. BEMO also uses a first-party browser and session identifier to measure page views, product views, cart changes, checkout starts, completed purchases, button and link interactions, scroll depth, approximate active time, device categories, and referral sources. BEMO records limited event metadata for store analytics. It does not record typed form values, passwords, full payment-card details, receipt file contents, or private message text. When an order is submitted, the website infrastructure may provide the customer's IP address; BEMO stores that address with the order for order verification, security, and abuse prevention. IP addresses and order details are accessible only to authorized store administrators and are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes and applicable legal obligations.
